  • It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with local health providers, learn about available services, and take advantage of free health screenings like blood pressure checks, diabetes testing and more.
  • We have exciting giveaways planned for attendees, including baby supplies, gift cards and a family-of-four health club membership.
  • Join our interactive workshops on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and preventive care.
  • We will be featuring a Smoothie Bar this year – free healthy smoothies for all.
  • Don't forget to visit the Kids' Corner for fun activities and educational games for children. A big feature this year – we have Doc McStuffins from Disney making an appearance; kids will love that! We have a few more surprises as well.
  • We will also have a lineup of expert guest speakers who will share their knowledge on various health topics.
