Expect high-energy beats, early morning endorphins, and a full-body sweat in 45 minutes.

What to bring:

Spin shoes- If you dont have them, no worries. We have rentals for $3. Just bring a form of ID. We willl return it when you drop off the shoes.

Water - Stay hydrated Queens. We will have beverages to purchase.

Good Vibes - Energy is contagious! Come ready to meet new friends.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to park and pick your bike. Seats are first come first serve.
