Sound, Tea, & Oracle Ceremony

Location: SATARA WELLNESS

This experience encourages participants to sink into a state of deep inner nourishment and relaxation to rest the mind and allow your body and nervous system to calm and reset.

The evening begins with a soothing sound bath meditation with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, hapi drum, chimes, and other sound healing instruments.

Following the sound bath is our tea time. Sip on the soothing herbal teas to enhance your well being. This provides an opportunity to share experiences, connect with like-minded people and bring the group together in a sacred healing space to create a sense of community.

During our tea time we will pull oracle cards to get your message for the week.

Comfortable clothing recommended.

What to bring:

Mat, blanket/pillow and anything that helps you get comfy and cozy for the sound bath portion.

We start promptly at 6:30pm. No late entries allowed so as not to disrupt others and the flow of the evening.
