About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes

Weaving lightly structured somatic movement with organic, expressive dance, you will gain deepened body awareness, expanded movement possibilities, and direct access to the subtler layers of yourself.

Experience the magic that unfolds when body-mind and heart move together to the rhythm of your soul, and gain insight into how your movement in the studio reflects—and can help reshape—your movement through life.

Thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are, you'll be gently invited to explore your edges and step into new spaces without pressure to perform.

Your body is speaking—come listen (and have a great time!)

Open to all levels.
