Somatic Breathwork with Seth

Come join us for an immersive experience of somatic breathwork led by Seth. This small group in-person event will take place at 929 Harrison Ave, where you'll have the opportunity to explore the power of your breath in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, body-centered practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to release stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with the body. By engaging in controlled, deep breathing patterns, this practice helps clear mental and physical tension, allowing for greater self-awareness and emotional balance.

Whether you're new to breathwork or have experience, this session is designed to help you deepen your practice and connect with your body on a profound level. Don't miss out on this transformative experience!

Somatic breathwork is a powerful self inquiry modality. During the session you may experience an intense emotional release and exposure to past trauma. You will need to sign a waiver to participate and aftercare is encouraged. Seth will be available for a discovery call prior to the session or a follow up call after.
