Somatic Breathwork for Attachment Healing

Join us every Sunday for a tender -- and empowering -- exploration of the role of attachment in healing our relationships with ourselves and others. This in-person event will be held at The Little Yoga Studio, and each week during our Somatic Healing Breathwork class, come learn about your breath as a vehicle for healing attachment wounds and fostering a more heart-forward connection with yourself and those you cherish.
