Rion Naus is a Stewardship Ambassador, Certified Public Health Educator, and founder of We Grow With, LLC, a regenerative soil consulting company based in San Luis Obispo, California.

His passion for soil health emerged through his personal journey of recovery after spending six years navigating the modern Workers’ Compensation system. This healing process revealed deep parallels between personal wellness and ecosystem vitality, fueling his commitment to restoring life to the soil.

He is the creator of the BiomeBin—a next-generation composting system inspired by the Johnson-Su bioreactor—and offers Soil CPR and Stewardship First Responder trainings to build biological literacy among farmers, land stewards, and educators.

Through We Grow With, Rion develops tools, systems, and educational programs that help growers work with nature rather than against it.
