Rest, Reflect and Rejuvenate at River Fork Ranch

You are invited to spend a day with us at River Fork Ranch, away from dings, pings and doomsaying, immersed in nature and enfolded by community. Take this opportunity to nurture yourself, tuning into your body and the tranquility of the natural world. Optional activities will include a guided meditation and talk by Tom Gray, and mindful movement and drawing meditation led by Deborah Stevenson.

We will spend the day in noble silence.

The retreat will be held in an ADA-compliant building, with the option to practice outdoors on the preserve as desired.

This retreat is suitable for beginners. Meditation instruction will be provided.

There is no charge for this event, and donations are gratefully accepted.

Space is limited, so please register early to reserve a spot.
