  • Practical tools to bring balance into your daily life

No previous experience of Sophrology or special equipment needed, just a chair in a relatively quiet space, a computer/phone with Zoom access and comfortable clothing. You might also want to have with you a glass of water and pen & paper for writing down reflections or taking useful notes.
