Join us for a three-day in-person course at the Phoenix Spark Lab to learn the fundamentals of programming. You’ll explore core coding concepts using Python, C++, or Arduino, including variables, loops, functions, and basic algorithms. Discover how to build simple applications, interact with hardware, and connect to real-world data. By the end, you’ll have the skills to write and run your own programs and the confidence to continue developing your coding journey in the innovative Phoenix Spark Lab.

Military Members and their families are allowed.

What is the uniform of the day

Civilian clothing is permitted — examples include pants, shorts, long-sleeve or short-sleeve shirts, and closed-toe shoes. Please dress professionally.

Will I need a laptop for this class?

Yes, a laptop (NIPR or non-NIPR) is required for this course. If you are unable to secure a laptop before the course begins, we have a limited number of loaner laptops available — please keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed.
