Pen and Purpose Journal Co. presents…
"I AM: The Sacred Inquiry of Self"
Before we can map the course of our dreams, we must first know who is holding the pen.
Embark on this transformative experience inviting you into a sacred space of self-discovery, designed to help you answer one of life’s most powerful questions: Who am I? Through guided activities, self-reflective journaling, and intentional conversation, you’ll begin to uncover the truest expression of your identity by creating your very own “I AM” profile—a personalized guide to remind you of your purpose, power, and potential.
Drawing from the integrative framework of Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation as taught in National University’s CPT program, this event explores how self-concept, identity formation, and meaning-making shape not only our goals but our ability to pursue them. When we know who we are, we don’t just chase dreams—we design them from a place of truth.
The "I AM" profile, modeled after a powerful template created by co-host Dominique Hollins, serves as a soul compass—a resource to revisit when the imposter phenomenon whispers, when insecurity rises, or when life’s noise makes you forget your inner brilliance.
By the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with:
- The tools to design your curated "I AM" identity map
- Clarity around what anchors your aspirations
- Practices to re-ground yourself in moments of doubt
- A truth-based approach to using your Pen & Purpose Journals
Come ready to reflect, write, and reclaim your truth.
