The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Rocky Mountain Regional Office (RMRO) invites you to join us for a series of programming to understand intellectual property. Part I in the series will focus on an introduction to intellectual property, the different types of intellectual property, how to research/determine if an idea is novel, and the comparison between a provisional and non-provisional patent application.
