How can we take responsibilty for the way we show up in relationships?
Personal, professoinal; partners, family, and friends - in all of these, our relationship to ourselves determines how our relationships with others unfolds.
Do you ever feel superior to your colleagues, friends, or partner? Or, feel inferior and unworthy of their support?
Do you notice becoming annoyed or frustrated with people you care about, without always a clear reason why?
Would you like to improve these patterns that show up in multiple areas of your life, that just feel confusing and uncertain?
The more we can integrate our parts and our patterns - the more we can experiences ourselves as feeling whole - the better we can relate with others.
We all know we have shadows that impact these connections. We may desire to take responsiblity and bring higher levels of awareness to how we show up - and, it can be really difficult to see our patterns, and how they impact others!
Nir Esterman developed a way to use the technology of Family Constellations along with Jungian Shadow Work, and brought forth Shadow Constellations. He is an international teacher and facilitator, and is hosting this one-night workshop in Boulder on Thursday, 5/22 from 6-9pm.
We'll have the opportunity to learn and work together, holding ourselves and community in compassion and conscientiousness.
All are welcome for this event. This evening is separate from the 5-day Shadow Constellation professional training Nir is teaching from May 29 - June 2nd (more information on that, here: https://www.niresterman.com/shadow-constellations-training-boulder)
