Start your Saturday strong with Sweat & Sip—our monthly fitness meet-up designed to help you stay consistent, have fun, and build real friendships along the way!

Each month, we come together for a feel-good workout that’s challenging yet beginner-friendly. Whether you’re brand new or a fitness regular, you’ll feel right at home in this supportive, low-pressure environment. Expect laughter, movement, and a whole lot of good vibes. We also hook you up with a pre-workout and post-workout bar, so you’re fueled to crush your workout and recover like a pro!


We welcome you to come solo for some much-needed me time, or feel free to bring the kids—everyone’s welcome!
