Experience the Zentangle drawing method for creativity, focus and calm. Follow along with patterns that reveal themselves and can be used in your journalling, build into your self care routine or develop for card making, or other crafts. Perfect if you don't think you can draw!

You will be introduced to particular patterns that together make a lovely creation. Each pattern is easy to follow, and you will be guided every step of the way. There are thousands of patterns, so you won't know in advance what you will be doing, they are decided up upon by the Certified Zentangle Teacher, so will be doable within the time. You don't have to think about 'what' you will be doing, and the structured nature means you can relax and just be in the moment with your work.

The Zentangle Method of drawing is recommended by the PTSD UK charity as a way of reducing anxiety and stress. It focusses you on a small area of work using limited drawing tools. Each pattern has a handful, if that, steps which makes it easy for you to do at home too, though research on this method is with workshops. however, the evidence base is emerging and anecdotally people who do this at home benefit from this deliberate and mindful drawing. Every stroke is with intention and this focus on the present means you could benefit from its meditative nature. Give it a go!
