Developing a regular meditation practice offers a wide range of mental and physical benefits, including stress reduction, improved focus and memory, enhanced emotional regulation, better sleep and immune function. It can also help with managing anxiety and depression, and aid with managing manoupause.
A regular meditation routine is known as sadhana, a Sanskrit word meaning "practice" or "discipline". By cultivating a regular sadhana, individuals can develop self-control, find peace, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
