Frequently asked questions

What is Scrum, and how does it work?

Scrum is a structured, agile framework designed to help break down big goals into manageable tasks. It follows a two-week "Sprint" cycle where participants commit to specific tasks, check in daily for accountability, and review progress at the end to make improvements for the next cycle.

Do I need prior Scrum experience to participate?

No prior experience is needed! This sprint is designed to introduce you to the Scrum framework in a hands-on, practical way. You'll learn by doing and gain skills that can be applied to any project or business.

How will Scrum help me as an entrepreneur?

Scrum provides structure, accountability, and a clear process for making steady progress. It helps you prioritize tasks, stay adaptable, and get real-time feedback from peers—all essential skills for startup success.

What will my daily commitment look like?

Each day, you'll spend 15 minutes in a Daily Stand-up where you'll share progress, set goals for the day, and address any roadblocks. Outside of that, you’ll work independently on your sprint tasks, with support from the cohort.

What if I don’t complete all my tasks during the sprint?

That’s okay! The goal is progress, not perfection. Scrum encourages continuous improvement—at the end of the sprint, you'll reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how to adjust for future success.

Is this only for teams, or can I join as an individual?

You can absolutely join as an individual! While Scrum is traditionally used in teams, this format is adapted for solo entrepreneurs within a cohort setting, giving you structured support without needing a full team.

What outcomes can I expect from this sprint?

By the end of the two-week sprint, you will have: ✔️ Made measurable progress on your project or business ✔️ Learned how to apply agile principles to your work ✔️ Built habits for better productivity and goal execution ✔️ Gained valuable insights and accountability from a cohort of like-minded entre
