This is a non-refundable opportunity for current University of Southern California students majoring or minoring in the Price School of Public Policy who are currently enrolled or completed with their real esstate finance requirement.
This is a two day online training session taught by an Argus Professional. The training includes a Certification Guide, six month Argus Enterprise academic license, and Certification Exam.
DATES: June 7th and 8th - Saturday/Sunday
DEADLINE TO RSVP: May 25th @ noon
Students will receive an email from Argus to create an account and download the Argus software at least one week prior to the training.
It is the client’s responsibility to have the below system checks in place on each attendee’s PC, 1 to 2 days prior to the seminar.
The virtual sessions will utilize two different platforms for conducting the trainings: Adobe Connect and Cloudshare. Please ensure that the computer you will be attending the training on has the correct System Requirements and Checks in place.

Computer Requirements:
- Argus only works on Windows operating systems.
- Students are required to have Windows installed on their computer. This may require an additional cost for the appropriate software. Mac users should research options for how to run Windows on a Mac right away.
ARGUS Software, Inc. professional services strictly prohibits any video recording or voice recording during a training session.
Timeline
- Students will receive an email from Argus to create an account and download the Argus software and additional programs necessary at least one week prior to the training.
- Training includes: University Certification Guide, six month Argus Enterprise academic license, and Certification Exam.
- The training is a 2-day commitment. Attendance on both days is required.
- The software license and certification exam remain available for six months following the initial enrollment in the course.
