What is Imagine It!?

It’s a three-week, LIVE ONLINE (via Zoom) workshop, beginning Monday, January 3rd and ending Friday, January 21st. We will gather every day, Monday through Friday, to visualize myriad aspects of the beautiful lives we intend to create and enhance for ourselves through meditation, writing, discussion and Q&A with me. We will meet for one hour, Monday through Thursday, and two hours on Friday to send us into the weekend on a serious high. You are welcome to participate at your own pace if you can’t make the live gatherings. I’ll be sending out a video recording of the session each day after we meet. This is a wonderful opportunity to begin the new year with a consistent meditation and writing practice, or to continue the ones you already have going, but with community!

When I think about starting my day in meditation and intentional visualization with others, when I think about breathing and laughing and writing into a new year with a community of like-spirited folks, my body expands and my heart sings a loud and clear YES YES YES. Join me, won’t you? Let’s come together to remind ourselves we are not only beautiful, worthy humans but also the powerful creators of our own experience. Visualization is one of the most potent tools I’ve found for making real the life I desire. It also happens to be a lot of fun.

* How it feels to integrate fun into our daily lives

* How it feels to be in a healthy and abundant relationship to money

* ...and so much more!

What does each session look like?

We will gather on Zoom and begin each hour in guided meditation, connecting to our breath, to our hearts, to our souls, to the Source that has created us all, to the energy giving life to the oceans and trees and stars and our very spirits.

From meditation we will write for twenty-five minutes. I will offer up a visualization prompt focused on a specific aspect of our lives, encouraging us to not just imagine but insert ourselves into the vision we desire. The energy here is an energy of boundless creation, of wild imagination, of deep belief in what is possible and what we are capable of making possible. I’m bursting just thinking about it.

After we write together, we’ll put down our pens and end the hour with some discussion. This will be a time to ask me questions or share epiphanies before we close out the session with connection and gratitude.

After three weeks together, you will have a journal filled with clear, bold visualizations, around which you can center your intentions and actions in order to align your reality more closely with your dreams.
