About this event

It might seem obvious, right? Of course you know how to breathe, otherwise you wouldn’t be here reading this right now.

But the reality is, so many of us are breathing in ways that are negatively impacting energy levels, focus, sleep, and overall health…potentially without you even realizing it.

If you’re ready to shift the way you breathe, so it works *for* you rather than against you, then come join us for this experience.

This workshop is for you if…

  • You notice yourself breathing irregularly (holding the breath unconsciously or falling into erratic patterns)
  • You tend to breathe fast, even when you’re calm
  • Your breathing feels shallow and is mostly in the chest/shoulders
  • It feels challenging or constricted to take a full, deep breath
  • You feel anxious and unsettled, even without a clear reason

This is also for you if you simply want to explore how optimal breathing can support your mental, emotional, and physical health—even if you don’t experience the symptoms listed above.

During this two-hour event, we’ll cover:

  • Why so many people breathe “incorrectly” and how to shift it
  • Proper techniques and posture for healthy breathing
  • Breathing patterns to support different situations and emotional states

There will also be a guided breathwork practice to help you connect with your body and breath in a profound and nourishing way.

Walk away feeling calmer, more in control, replenished, and equipped with tools to return to these feelings more easily.

Frequently asked questions

Is breathwork safe?

Yes, breathwork is safe for almost everyone! To be on the extra cautious side, you should check with your doctor if any of the following apply to you: if you are pregnant, on medication for blood pressure, if you have glaucoma or have a history or psychosis or heart issues.

What if I don't have any experience with breathwork, or don't know what that is?

No prior experience needed! We'll cover all the basics, so this is perfect whether you're learning for the first time or are an experienced breather wanting to strengthen your foundation.

How do I find the event space?
