Hormone Optimization Panel

Join us in partnership with Lifeforce for an in-depth conversation about the science, impact, and potential of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in supporting long-term vitality and well-being.

This live panel event will explore how HRT fits into the broader landscape of longevity and proactive health, featuring expert insights on how to navigate hormonal shifts with clarity and confidence.

Hosted at Pause South Bay on May 15th from 6:30–8 pm, the panel will be held between Lifeforce's top clinicians and John Klein, CEO and Co-Founder of Pause.

All attendees will have the chance to:.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, all ticket sales will be donated to Safe Place for Youth (SPY). SPY takes a trauma-informed approach and provides a safe, supportive environment for youth experiencing homelessness.
