About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Mother’s Day is often painted in soft hues of celebration—but for many women, it brings up something more complicated. If you’re someone who has a strained, distant, or painful relationship with your mother, this day can feel isolating.

You are not alone. And you deserve a space to grieve, reflect, and reclaim your story.

Join us for a gentle, intimate workshop where we hold space for the complexity of daughterhood. Together, we’ll explore what it means to:

  • Acknowledge the pain of unmet needs without guilt
  • Break patterns passed down through the maternal line
  • Honor your own truth and create boundaries rooted in love
  • Nourish the mother within yourself
  • Choose compassion without betraying yourself

This experience will include:
✔️ Guided reflection + journal prompts
✔️ Story-sharing and supportive group dialogue
✔️ Mother wound education and emotional unpacking
✔️ Grounding practices: breathwork, somatic release, and sound healing

Whether your mother is near or far, present or absent, this workshop is an invitation to feel seen and supported, to process in community, and to redefine what Mother’s Day can mean for you.

Come exactly as you are. There is no shame in your story—only space for softness, truth, and healing.
