Develop vocal techniques to sing with confidence and clear pitch in community ceremonies. In this two-day immersive workshop, you will explore techniques to refine your singing, build confidence, and harmonize with others.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Juan Armando Ceniceros Pérez is a vocalist and vocal coach from Caborca, Sonora, with a distinguished background in music. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Sonora (UNISON) and furthered his training in France, where he performed with semi-professional choirs and studied Art Lyrique at the Conservatoire Jacques Thibault. Over the course of his career, he has taken part in concerts, operas, and major productions throughout the state of Sonora. He has also taught voice, choir, and French, standing out for his commitment to the holistic development of his students.
In 2020, he founded VOIS MOUSHON, a platform dedicated to vocal instruction, and in 2022, he joined the Sonora LGBT+ Choir, where he now serves as Artistic Director. He has taught French at various institutions and successfully completed his Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on the Arts in 2024. He is currently a faculty member in the Community Workshops at the University of Sonora and continues to develop his vocal technique under the guidance of soprano Sarahí Salgado.
