Join us at Eavesdrop on Thursday, May 22nd from 6:30–8:30 PM for our next cooking class: Pan-Seared Salmon with Basque Black Bean Stew—led by the talented Chef Joe.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to perfectly sear salmon (crispy skin goals), craft a rich and flavorful Basque-style black bean stew, and plate it all like a pro. You’ll also pick up some essential kitchen skills along the way—no boring demos here, you're doing the cooking.

Afterward, sit down and enjoy your dish with a drink in hand. With 30+ taps pouring craft beer, guest ciders, wine, and meads, you’ll have plenty to choose from.
