About this event
- Event lasts 1 day 20 hours
- Ages 21+
- Free venue parking
GLAMP is an all-inclusive weekend retreat for women ages 21+, a place to reconnect with nature for a good cause! All funds raised through GLAMP will bolster our camp programs and properties, ensuring that future generations continue to benefit from enriching outdoor experiences.
GLAMP is a new form of giving, highlighting our natural resources and assets and giving our community members a chance to experience skill-sharing, camaraderie, and connections.
GSSNE camp properties have provided thousands of youth with unforgettable experiences—fun, friendships, and proximity to the natural world—for generations. Now more than ever, spending time in nature is linked to many positive mental health outcomes, which is critical for youth today after the trauma of COVID and our country’s subsequent mental health crisis. Less than 2% of the US's philanthropic support goes to organizations dedicated to women & girls.

According to the Urban Dictionary, glamping is “satisfying your craving for the outdoors and your penchant for a good meal, nice glass of wine, and a comfortable bed.” We like this definition!
You can expect an all-inclusive ‘choose your own adventure’ few days, finding your perfect balance between leisure and activity, connections and self-care. Throughout the weekend, all activities and programs are optional! From guilt-free reading in an Adirondack Chair to participating in everything!
Something for everyone! There are programs focused on arts & crafts choices, high adventure, and self-growth, to name a few.
We will announce GLAMP programs throughout the coming months, as we shine a light on our volunteer program providers and their incredible expertise and commitment to Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England.
Comfortable camp vibes only! Bathing suits, sweats, and a towel. Sunblock, bug spray, a book, and you are good to go! Closed-toed shoes and socks are recommended—although you may want flip-flops for inside use. Once you register for GLAMP, you will receive emails with more detailed packing info!
Camp Hoffman has many lodging choices of various sizes and amenities. Some cabins sleep two while others sleep more than 20! We will be assigning lodging based on availability.
