Fundamentals of Property Management class - 40 hours REQUIRED credit.

Must attend all 5 sessions. Each session is 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time.

Course cost is $695 plus optional shipping charges. $695 includes textbook, notebooks, access to additional study materials.

Materials to be picked up include a textbook and notebook which are used in class.

Final test on last day accessed online. Passing test qualifies student to schedule state test in Pierre at SD Real Estate Commission. After passing state test, student must have application for license received by real estate commission within 60 days. SDREC supplied fingerprint cards and authorization/payment for background check should accompany application. SDREC fingerprint cards are included with class materials.

Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. Reminder email with Zoom invitation will be sent two days before class. Email will come from Eventbrite. Please make sure carol@CarolsClasses.com is a safe sender in your email. You need an appointment to receive books before class if attending using Zoom on day one.

Transfer Policy: You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

Cancellation Policy: Classes may be cancelled up to one day before class. Refunds will be issued from the company which received payment, such as Square, and will have credit card or handling fees deducted.

Can I attend using a combination of zoom and in-person?

Yes. If you are attending on zoom on the first day you need to pay for course and pick up books in advance. Please make an appointment with Carol, 605.390.2338

Should I pick up my books before class begins?

If you have time to read ahead, yes. There is a ton of material covered and any reading you can do in advance will make retention easier.
