Fun with Frosting! Stars and stripes

As a little girl, I loved working with Grandma’s pie-dough scraps to create little pies and tarts. That love for baking expanded over the years to cookies, cakes, breads, and pies, and then into cake and cookie decorating. In recent years, I noticed that dietary concerns were preventing some people from enjoying a decadent baked treat. Working through the science of baking and ingredient interactions, I developed new baking skills specific for vegan, lower-sugar, and gluten friendly products, in addition to traditional baked treats. I’m so excited to launch Hava Treat, sharing my love for baking so that you can enjoy the simple pleasure of a tasty treat, no matter how you eat.
