Enjoy learning about barrel blending, how to perceive aromas and flavors in whiskey, and crafting your own blends while enjoying complimentary samples of your creations.
With barrel expressions of Carribean Rum, Spanish Sherry, French Cognac and Michigan Maple Syrup, we created Four Cask whiskey - a first in the world of secondary barrel finishing.
We thoroughly enjoyed crafting this award-winning blend, and we're excited to share the experience with you!
