Breaking away from the stress of the common, modern experience can be difficult for even the most intentioned. Elise Ingram is passionate about helping people to truly break the cycle of constant, even low-level stressors, and to find themselves revitalized, body and spirit, through the created world.

Forest Bathing is a book that examines the ancient Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, and shows the reader how it can benefit the whole person, no matter how urban a setting in which you find yourself. We welcome you to join the discussion and gain the advantage of personal refreshment!
