About this Workshop:
For many of us, the current moment seems to be a time of uncertainty where the future feels unpredictable, unstable, or unclear. Living with chronic uncertainty—whether in personal life, society, or the world at large–means that the familiar structures, routines, or expectations we've long-held may no longer provide a sense of security.
In this interactive workshop, Integrative Health Coach Lynn Crimando will discuss how chronic uncertainty can impair our decision-making, memory, and concentration, and lead to physical symptoms, such as muscle pain, and will offer some evidenced-based strategies for regaining equilibrium and calming those spinning minds.
