This is a beginner-friendly course designed for aspiring recreational drone pilots who want to take flight safely, skillfully, and within FAA guidelines. Whether you're flying for fun, photography, or adventure, this class covers the essentials of drone operation, airspace awareness, and responsible flying practices.

From takeoff to touchdown, participants will learn the fundamentals of drone control, pre-flight checks, weather considerations, and how to navigate the FAA’s recreational drone rules—including preparation for the TRUST (The Recreational UAS Safety Test) certification.
