This workshop is designed for beginners, DIYers, and anyone who feels stuck trying to make their room feel right. No experience needed—just a desire to finally fix your space with guidance and clarity.
Nope! This class is built for real people - it is beginner and DIYer friendly —not for professionals. If you've ever said, “I just don’t know what to do with this room,” you're in the right place.
Once you register, you’ll receive a printable kit that includes: Graph paper, Furniture cutouts, Planning worksheets, A short list of optional tools (ruler, pencil, printed room photos, etc.) You don’t need any fancy software—just basic tools and curiosity.
This is a DIY-style learning session, not a personal consultation. You'll learn strategies designers use—so you can confidently tackle your room planning on your own terms. If you need additional help at the special rate, please choose the Ticket Option that allows for a scheduled Talk.
Every ticket level includes access to the live workshop + printable templates. Upgraded ticket levels include planning kits and a 30-minute follow-up consultation with the instructor.
The class will be recorded and made available for limited single-use replay access to registered participants. Live attendance is encouraged for the best interaction and Q&A experience. Eventbrite may allow you to change your date, or you can email us at hello@scenarch.design to change your date.
Yes! There will be time for live Q&A at the end of the session and during a break or two, along with interactive polls throughout the class. Add your questions to the Chat early! Premium ticket holders will have access to a brief 1-on-1 "Talk" follow-up session.
This workshop focuses on general space planning and design rules, you can apply the concepts to bedrooms, living rooms, or any general-use space you’re struggling with. Other sessions will be available for (kitchen/bath, specialty, office/hobby) or advanced learning for whole-house application.
This is the first level in a series of classes. You’re welcome to take just this session—or follow the full journey from Basic to Advanced. You’ll hear about other class types, dates, and packaged sessions in the ticket section of this event, during the workshop, and via email.
These classes are built to give you real tools and reasonable DIY results, not credentials. Outside of a formal Interior Design/Interior Architecture educational institution, most certificates are not truly valid. But you’ll walk away with a personalized space plan and plenty of great skills!
