Frequently asked questions

Do we discuss the starter?

Yes. It is a very popular session. Starter feeding is demonstrated including water to flour ratios, timings & the use of refrigeration are all discussed.

Do we receive Bread?

Definitely! We taste multi seed & flax oil loaf & tomato breads - we enjoy a sampling session of sourdough Danish with a coffee for break. A full loaf will be baked for everyone to take home at the end of the class.

Are the recipes included?

Yes. All recipes are available and will be forwarded to you on completion of the course.

Is there Follow up?

All students are welcome to post theirs bread making pictures to me - I love to see them and feel inspired by your commitment and dedication. There is a Private group where all recipes, questions and queries can be placed. Everyone is invited to join the group.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. I have free parking directly outside my premises. The only requirement is to be mindful of others drives and entrances & exits.
