This training is designed to equip out-of-school time providers with practical strategies for resolving conflict and fostering positive relationships among students and OST staff. Through interactive situations and real-world scenarios, participants will learn effective communication techniques, active listening, and how to mediate difficult conflicts. This training aims to strengthen providers' ability to navigate challenging situations, create supportive environments, and facilitate harmony in the OST classroom.
