This seminar will provide information for business owners and residents regarding the Conditional Use Permit process and other related topics to include:
- Why are Conditional Use Permits required?
- What requires an Event Permit vs. a Conditional Use Permit?
- How are event establishments defined?
- The process for dual use permits.
Representatives from Development services (Zoning & Business license), Building Permits, Commissioner of the Revenue & City Treasurer will also be onsite to provide additional resources.
