Are you curious about how green coffee beans transform into a delicious cup of coffee? Have you ever wanted to try roasting coffee at home? This class will teach you everything you need to get started.

We'll begin with an introduction to the coffee map, covering different coffee origins, processing techniques, green coffee selection, and the science of coffee roasting.

Before we start roasting, you'll choose your own beans, either a blend or single origin, based on the teacher's recommendations. Safety tips for handling the roasters will be provided to ensure you don't get burned.

The teacher will guide you through the roasting process to achieve the best results for tasting later. Once you've finished roasting, you'll have the option to prepare your coffee using pour-over or espresso methods for tasting.

Finally, you'll fill out labels and experience the packaging process before taking your freshly roasted coffeehome!
