About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Sustainable workforce solutions require more than short-term fixes—they demand alignment between policies, employer needs, and the lived experiences of workers. Many great initiatives are already making a difference, and by focusing on long-term, systemic efforts, we can build on that progress to create lasting change.

This session will explore how we can build on existing successes and address ongoing gaps to create policies and practices that foster sustainable employment. Learn how collaborative, policy-driven approaches can strengthen workforce development, support underrepresented job seekers, and provide businesses with the tools they need to thrive. Leave with actionable strategies to advocate for meaningful, lasting change that benefits both workers and employers.

All sessions are free to attend

Accommodations Available: Each session will include ASL/FSL interpretation and language captioning to ensure accessibility for all participants.
