These 2 hours sessions will be facilitated by Sophie and are for people who have prior Nonviolent Communication Experience, and have attended at least one NVC training.

Motivated by moving towards "the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible" Sophie works with approaches that integrates compassionate ways of relating with life, including restorative and transformative justice and a systemic version on Nonviolent Communication. Her approach engages with what is emerging as something wanting to be revealed as vital feedback to restore connection to the flow of life. She offers framing and tools that build the muscles to walk ourselves from the domination system we continue to reproduce, towards restoring connection to life and experiencing ourselves as part of a dynamic, complex adaptive living system.
