Befriend Your Anxiety: tools, support & connection for navigating anxiety
Anxiety can feel heavy and isolating, but healing doesn’t have to happen in silence. This workshop offers a supportive space where you can move through your experience with others who get it—and be guided by someone who’s walked this path firsthand.
Together, we’ll explore fun and gentle movement, meditation to help you befriend your anxiety, and science-backed techniques that stimulate your vagus nerve and calm your nervous system. You’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork session designed to help you release built-up tension and return to a grounded, peaceful state.
You’ll also have space to connect in a supportive sharing circle—because mental health needs community. When you feel safe and seen, healing feels possible.
You’ll leave with practical tools to manage anxiety in daily life, a deeper connection to your body, and the reminder that you don’t have to do this alone.
Open to all genders. No experience needed—just come as you are.
