Unwind your Saturday evening with a soulful, music-driven Barre class led by Jen in the bright and welcoming space of Bom Dia Treats. This class is all about moving with intention — blending Pilates, yoga, and functional movement into a flow that strengthens both body and mind.

You’ll experience a low-impact, high-burn workout that tones your core, glutes, arms, and legs through small, controlled movements. Expect to sweat, shake, and stretch, all while staying grounded in rhythm, breath, and mindfulness.
