Spin City Pole Dance Studio provides a third place for Los Angeles' pole dance community where patrons can network and learn alongside fellow dancers while feeling empowered to develop their own personal relationship to the beautiful art of aerial dance.

Choose from a range of pole dance lessons where you will learn basic moves, tricks and spins, make new friends and increase your flexibility and self-confidence!

Our course offerings include:

Tricks refinement - for dancers of all levels looking to refine and master foundational pole dance spins and shapes

Stretch & strength - for anyone looking to increase strength and flexibility through challenging but fun pole- and dance-based conditioning workouts

Free flow - for dancers looking to improve their freestyle dance abilities with the use of prompts and guided movement

Flow foundations - for dancers of all levels looking to improve their tricks and transitions and fluidity of movement
