Welcome to Aligned Pilates with Julia Rose! Join us for an energizing online pilates session with your empowering & embodied instructor, Julia Rose. Get ready to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and align your body and mind.

This 75 minute class will include a lil dance party (if you arrive early), a moderate to intense pilates workout, winding down with stretches, meditation, and journal prompts to guide you into the week.

Pilates is for everyone, so no matter your age, fitness level, or previous injuries, this class is perfect for you.

Can I do this class if I have injuries?

Yes, you can! Please note that this is not an injury focused class but there will always be modifications made so you're still working in a safe space for your body (:

Is this a beginner friendly class?

Yes! This is beginner friendly. I always add in exercises to make it harder, but if anything is ever too difficult, you have the option to stay in the exercise I guided you through as well as me there to give you modifications. You are going to love it!
