Yes! We’ll go slowly, with guided support and lots of encouragement. The class includes plenty of practice time, plus tips to help you trust what you’re receiving.

To honor the privacy and comfort of everyone participating, sessions will not be recorded. This class is designed as a live, interactive experience where you can ask questions and receive support in real time. I encourage you to attend all three sessions if possible so you can get the full benefit!
