What if I have pain?

Our class is ideal if you have any kind of chronic pain.  It will help to reduce tension and pain in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, feet, TMJ and headaches / migraines.

What if I've had surgery / been told I need to have surgery?

Our class is ideal in your situation. We will be working with the body in a way that helps to recover from surgery or eliminate the need for it in some circumstances.

Will you class help me lose weight?

Our class does not have a direct impact on weight loss. It has an indirect effect because it helps keep your body strong and stable in good alignment, which means less injuries when doing the things that really shave off the pounds like weight training, running, sprinting, sports etc.

Can I use the sauna & cold plunges after class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sauna and cold plunge area can be used after class. It is a $50 day pass charge that is paid out to Pura Vida Wellness and a waiver needs to be filled out before entering the sauna & cold plunge area.

Question 5

Can I use the gym area?

Accepted Answer

Our gym area is currently only for working with our 1 on 1 clients or very small groups so it is not available for use after class.

Question 6

Is it safe for kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes kids can take the class, but since the body postures require  a great deal of focus we generally recommend they be at least 12  years old.
