This session will be led by Noctis co-founder Tori Sasso*

Cost is $40

Wait… what even is devised theatre?

•Devised Theatre can look very different from project to project, but for our purposes it means we are creating a piece without a pre-existing script

•Often it includes ensemble collaboration, making for a less hierarchical approach than you’d find in a typical rehearsal room

•Especially in the early stages, it means we’re interested in process over product- we’re letting the piece constantly evolve as we ask questions of ourselves about what story wants to emerge and how best to tell it.
