This therapeutic yoga session is tailored for individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia, as well as those looking to be proactive about their bone health. Learn safe, effective movements and lifestyle practices that can help reverse or slow the progression of bone loss.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Practice safe, weight-bearing yoga postures to build bone density
  • Strengthen your core to improve balance and prevent falls
  • Open the hips and chest to increase mobility and relieve tension
  • Avoid movements that increase fracture risk (like forward bends and deep twists)
