Claudia Hommel and a company of 17 fabulous singers conjure up the Seine as we look out at the Chicago River to the strains of violin, accordion and keys. Travel with us down the "Moon River to "Cry Me a River", off to "La Seine" because "I Love Paris" before coming home to "No More Blues".

Join us before or after the show for drinks or dinner at Soul & Smoke Barbecue.

Is there Food and Drink?

Yes, Soul & Smoke Barbecue is on-site for food and drink, before, during and after the show. Visit them at https://www.soulandsmoke.com/avondale. Judson & Moore whiskey distillery is also on site. check their site for tasting room scheduled times. https://judsonandmoore.com/

Is there parking?

There is parking in our south and north courtyards and plenty of free parking on nearby streets. There are accessible spaces in the courtyards.

Is the building accessible?

Yes, the performance space is currently in the taproom space in side on the main level. There are no stairs.

Where is the performance?

There are many spaces for events at Rockwell on the River. This performance is in the former tap room space. Enter through the main door (just under the connecting bridge) proceed down the gallery east. The tap room space is to the left of our dining room facing the river.

In case of inclement weather will the performance be cancelled or rescheduled?

Chicago weather is unpredictable. In case of an extreme weather event we will try and make the decision to cancel and reschedule and notify all ticket holders. Please follow us on social media and check our website for updates. Please be sure to check your spam folder!

Rockwell on the River is conveniently located in the Avondale neighborhood in Chicago nestled along the the north Branch of the Chicago River just west of Western Ave.

Ideally situated between Belmont and Elston Avenues. We are right off 90/94. minutes from Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Lincoln Park and Logan Square. We have limited free parking in our courtyards put plenty of free street parking Rockwell St.

We are also home to Soul & Smoke Barbecue and Judson & Moore Whiskey Distillery and tasting room. Great options to enjoy before or after an event!
