Yoga Masterclass with Carla

What to expect: a 2 hour class, where we have a bit more time to explore our maha pose and get a good wind down. Expect to be challenged but also know, you get to work with yourself as you are on the day (and get a good shavasana!)

Date: Sunday September 22, 10am-12pm

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior so you can set yourself up.

Address: Little Bay Cottage Hall, corner of Ewing Ave & Pine Ave, Little Bay

What to bring: Your mat and any other props. There will be limited blocks available if you don’t have any, as well as bolsters and blankets.
