Session 1: How to Understand my Own Emotions and Needs

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions, not able to understand them or understand why you feel the way you do? Would you like to learn what is actually triggering your anger or fear? Would you like to be able to understand your needs so that your spouse or family can better understand you? Would you like to learn helpful strategies for truly identifying your needs even when your mind is making you second-guess yourself?
Heidi will teach you effective tools and strategies for doing this through demonstrations, discussions and real life scenarios. You will be able to see and experience how to apply these in your own life!
