About this event

Daily I meet women who are struggling to achieve health and happiness in a world set up for the male biology. We have been taught to plug ourselves up and keep going, despite the negative impact that has on our incredible bodies. Our monthly cycle is becoming more researched and understood. We can work with our feminine cycles and get MUCH more out of life, our work and our relationships.

This event is a hybrid, women's circle and group coaching so we can share our experience of being a woman, process and transform any shame and guilt and I can share everything I have learned over the last 10 years of female cycle research to transform and empower women to understand their cycles, stop feeling crazy and sick, then get their lives and power BACK!

This is not a feminist movement, it is my intention to have men and woman understand the female cycle so we can bring our community together, remove judgement and shame and optimize our lives. This will improve families, friendships, physical and mental health, even business!

Come and sit with other women as we share our experiences, learn and listen. There are many, many ways in which we can enrich our existence as a woman, and our happiness and success literally depends on how well we take care of ourselves, which means paying attention to how we structure our lives, when and how we move and when is a time for rest. Food, when and how we eat what foods, our relationship with coffee, alcohol, sugar, (I can hear your eyes rolling :) ) what we should and should not do while we are bleeding, learning about our hormonal, behavioral patterns, how our hormones effect our moods and how to work with this process.

All of this is laid out in a very simple, easy to understand format and it eliminates the feeling of "what is wrong with me".

  • Every 3 weeks we will meet for around 90 minutes.
  • I will open the evening with a short breathing exercise to bring ladies into now.
  • We will journal on a few important questions while we enjoy ceremonial grade cacao.
  • We will learn about one of the 4 phases of our cycle each week.
  • We will learn how to feel good each of the 4 phases of the month.
  • Questions and sharing
  • And we will close with a dance! Just 1 or 2 songs to move the emotions and energy through our systems :-)

Please bring a water bottle, journal, warm clothes, snacks if you need, a yoga mat or a pillow if possible, anything you want to bring that makes you feel comfortable.
